Berlin Global Dialogue's annual summit unites global leaders from business, politics, and academia to shape a new economic era. It is our mission to promote dialogue between different industries, between different countries - and between different generations.

With the BGD Young Voices program, we are empowering tomorrow’s leaders to engage with today’s decision-makers. YoungVoices attend the annual summit as regular participants, with full access to sessions and side events.
In addition to attending the summit, BGD Young Voices participate in a specifically curated program based on four pillars:

Engage with leaders from business, government, and academia.
Share experience with your community.
Act based on your learnings as you advance your career.
We have a total of 25 places available.
Applicants must be actively pursuing a post-graduate degree at a school within the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM).
Each GNAM partner school can submit up to three nominations for the program. Applications are evaluated against the entire pool of applicants; no school has a guaranteed spot.
All applicants must submit a CV and a statement of motivation. In addition, applicants will be asked to outline their thoughts on the theme of this year’s summit “Shifting Power, Shaping Prosperity”.
Partner schools must submit their nominations by April 30, 2025.
Please note that we do not accept applications from students outside the GNAM network.
